Cozy 1-BR guest house w/free parking on premises

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally, located place. Literally, a 1-4 minute walk to Mercy Hospital(formerly Southeast Hospital), less than 1 mile to Southeast University Campus, along with downtown(river). A street over is Broadway with many restaurants. Walmart Market and Dollar General are also conveniently located nearby. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking utensils, clean towels, pots and pans for those who prefer eating in. Please no animals and no smoking in the apartment.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Walking distance to restaurants, the river and nightlife. Property includes wifi, full kitchen, laundry, deck and private parking for one. One king bed room and a twin bed room in addition to a roll out twin bed along with a 60 inch smart television.
