Literally, a 1-4 minute walk to Mercy Hospital(formerly Southeast Hospital), less than 1 mile to Southeast University Campus, along with downtown(river). A street over is Broadway with many restaurants. Walmart Market and Dollar General are also conveniently located nearby. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking utensils, clean towels, pots and pans for those who prefer eating in. Please no animals and no smoking in the apartment.

This beautiful, private upstairs apartment is located on a favorite street in Cape Girardeau’s Historic Boulevard District. It is walking distance to SEMO University, Capaha Park, and the downtown riverfront. Recently remodeled for laundry, spacious rooms offer private bedroom spaces and a cozy den for watching movies or reading. The kitchen is fully equipped with amenities. With parking available, this space offers a unique & trendy “midwest boho” vibe. ~WALKABLE~ Our studio is 1 block from the bustling Southeast Missouri State University, 1 block from the gorgeous Capaha Park, and 2 blocks from Mercy Hospital. If you are interested in night life, this space is simply a 5-10 minute walk to all DT bars and restaurants.

Brand new 2 bedroom unit right in downtown Cape.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Walking distance to restaurants, the river and nightlife. Property includes wifi, full kitchen, laundry, deck and private parking for one. One king bed room and a twin bed room in addition to a roll out twin bed along with a 60 inch smart television. Dog bed and bowls included along with board games! Property is conveniently located across the street from "The Bar" the famous spot from the movie "Gone Girl" .

Charming 1940s farmhouse. Updated 1 1/2 story house in a rural setting overlooking the Mighty Mississippi River, but close to the heart of Cape Girardeau. Our house has lots of room to relax with a large kitchen and sunroom. You can sit by a cozy fire pit and enjoy chilly evenings watching the beautiful sunsets. We look forward to you spending time in our neck of the woods (so to speak). We are located with in seven miles from the Isle casino, SEMO state university and a happening down town.

Downtown Penthouse w/ Amazing River View!

AMAZING RIVERVIEW Plus Close to Downtown Cape? Our Airbnb is the best place to be! Relax in our Roof Deck after going around downtown and ENJOY THE VIEW. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood plus it is WALKING DISTANCE from everything! It features a roof deck with (by far) the best view in Cape, enough space for six to sleep (two queen beds and two couches), one off street parking spot and a building with secure entry. Plus we just live across the street if you need anything.

Spacious two room suite with a queen size bed in one room along with a single bed and a futon sofa in the other room. Private full bathroom. Kid friendly. Refrigerator with drinks available. Separate heating and cooling control. Cathedral ceiling. Located in a good neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown, riverfront, restaurants, and musical venues such as the university River Campus. A wide porch and large goldfish pond are in front. The suite is on the second level of the home.
