The River House, Vintage Cape Cod on the Columbia.

Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom plus a large living room that has two sitting area for tv and one for the views.   There are two outside sitting area  that have views of Astoria and Washington maritime activities.    I have posted a map of a small

"Fairview" of the Columbia River!

3 bedroom home on 2.5 acres overlooking the lower Columbia River. Main floor includes master suite with 2 queen beds, 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed. Downstairs daylight basement includes 1 queen, 2 twins. All rooms have a view of the Columbia River! We are 9 miles off Hwy 4 in Wahkiakum county. Definitely out in the country! Guests often enjoy seeing deer and bald eagles flying by. The last couple of miles are pretty winding, but the view at the end is worth it!

Bright, eco-built, near the port!

Ilwaco is a small port town on the WA coast with lots of character. The living space of our modern carriage house is upstairs so it's light & cozy, 600sq ft. It's a 2 minute walk to the port & 10 minute bike ride to Cape Disappointment (six of bikes to use, and beach toys in the garage) and the beach. Upstairs has master bedroom with queen, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Downstairs has bedroom with single over double bunk bed, game closet, and washer/dryer.
