My family and I had a wonderful time at Pablo’s home. It was beautiful and clean, and we felt right at home. Pablo was responsive and friendly when I reached out to him. We really enjoyed the area of Cape Coral and exploring its surroundings. Thank you for allowing us to use your home, we would definitely come back in the future!

Our family really enjoyed our time here. The house was very nice, clean, and well equipped. We spent most of our time outside - the lanai/pool area with the VIEW of the river was BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. The host was great! We are looking forward to coming back.

We stayed here with 7 kids and 4 adults. The house was perfect for us especially with the pool and game room! Our family really enjoyed our stay and we made lots of memories. Kids loved swimming in the pool and there are plenty of activities to do in the game room. I was impressed with the smaller details thought out by the host. This was my first time renting a home for the week so I was a little nervous. If you’re thinking about this house I would highly recommend! Great communication and very nice! Next time I visit Cape Coral I will be checking to see if this house is available! Thank you for sharing your house with my family!

This house is a gem!! It’s in a very quiet and peaceful area. The house was very clean and stocked well for our needs. Lidiana answered my questions very quick and was always very pleasant. The pool is wonderful and we certainly enjoyed it a lot!!! The converted barn with games etc would be great for kids. We hope to stay there again. It was absolutely perfect for us 😊 Thank you so much. 😊

My husband, 3 Y.O. & I spent the weekend. This is a comfty, cozy one bedroom bungalow with a nice courtyard with sitting area & a grill. Everything is brand new! Comfortable bed & fluffy white towels. Nice decor. Dollar tree, Walmart, Dunkin’ Donuts, pizza is all nearby. Scot & Paula made some great recommendations & respond very quickly. Parking is right out front/in the back. Jungle bird tiki bar & restaurant is right next door & has a walk up bar and does live music every night at 7pm until closing-10pm. We got some great bbq wings. Yacht club public beach is a 6 minute drive away & has a tiki bar and grill restaurant on the water. We brought 2 beach chairs that were in the unit & caught a beautiful sunset/put our feet in the water. Fort Myers beach was a 40 minute drive on Saturday, parking was $8 for 3 hours. We caught a lovely sunset there also & people watched as it is more touristy. Scot and Paula were excellent host! Nice time!

Great location to walk to many restaurants in a nice neighborhood. Loved having coffee outside to watch and listen to all the bird and the resident owl two houses down.

Excellent housing and internet. Not only that, but the kitchen was lovely. The only issue is that it is very difficult to get an uber, and there is not many activities outside of the house. The neighbors were lovely and offered a kayak trip.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a quiet, well situated condo. We took in a few spring training games close by and had good experiences at nearby restaurants. The condo itself was very roomy, well supplied, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the waterway from our lanai. Our hosts always responded immediately to any communication we had with them. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had rented a different unit, but when we arrived it was not available due to plumbing issues. Brandon had tried to reach out, but we were flying and were not able to talk to him right away. He had another unit about 1000 feet down the street ready for us at Off the Charts, so this review is really about Off the Charts Island Resort. It was a brand new, and a much larger unit. He brought us kayaks to use on the canal. The unit was very clean. The appliances were new and worked great. The property owner/manager Brian was really nice. There were a lot of manatees in the canal and we could fish right out of our sliding door. I caught a mangrove snapper. It was quiet and peaceful and a very short walk to local restaurants. We had a great time.

This house was absolutely beautiful and squeaky CLEAN! The first thing we noticed walking in the front door was a very strong smell that was amazing and lasted the whole visit. The house had everything that we needed, comfortable beds, all toiletries, beach chairs, massage chair, stocked mini fridge, snacks and so much more. Pool was amazing and very clean!! Host was very responsive.

Fantastic place for a family vacation! House was beautiful, spotless, well laid out and clutter free. The Pool area is like a resort, the hot tub is such a nice addition to enjoy too. We stayed at this beautiful home for 17 nights..it was exactly as pictured…comfortable beds…beautiful furnishings…a lot of extras to make our stay enjoyable..the neighborhood was in a very desirable location, close to restaurants and grocery stores etc…very quiet wish we appreciated. We were met by Alex one of the property managers …I was locked out of my suitcase and Alex came to the rescue and had the right tool to take care of that for me so that started our stay on a 5 * review! The property managers were available should you need anything…their goal is to make sure your stay is everything you want it to bed! We also had a chance to meet Brian who is actually the owner of this beautiful home…he was soooo nice and he wanted to do whatever he could to make sure your stay was perfect….i would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is considering coming to Cape Coral…you don’t need to look further….Book this home you will be glad you did. 10 Stars **********!

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.
