Caparica Beach House

This exquisite house offers a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. Boasting three bedrooms, the upper floor provides a haven for relaxation and rest. The living room ambiance is further enhanced by a large TV and a sumptuous sofa complemented by two inviting armchairs, creating an ideal space for relaxation. High-speed internet ensures connectivity for both work and leisure. Perfectly situated, it's an 8-minute stroll away from one of the best beaches in the area.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.
