Ce logement paisible, situé sur une ile, offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille avec vue imprenable sur l'océan atlantique et une piscine. Elle est alimentée au solaire et gaz et siituée dans la partie la plus calme de l'ile. Elle est à 3 minutes environ des trois plages de l'ile et des restaurants. This luxurious and modern apartment boast 3 confortable bedrooms, one with in-suite bath, and American style kitchen, a living room with TV, separate dining area, air conditioning in every room including the living and solar powered water heaters in every bathroom. Our cozy apartment has 3 comfortable bedrooms, living room, well- equipped modern kitchen, cool drinking water dispenser is provided throughout your stay, a high speed and stable internet and all things you need to work from / stay comfortably in central Dakar, in peaceful green neighborhood of Fenetre Mermoz. 3 houses from the ex-President's house, so security is 100%. Enjoy sounds of bird's chirpings, large windows overlooking a serene garden. It's close to Club Olympique, Sea Plaza, Auchan.

La sécurité est notre priorité avec des gardiens h24 Un espace lumineux et aéré avec une chambre avec literie orthopédique pour un sommeil réparateur, un salon accueillant et une cuisine équipée (plaque, micro-ondes, ustensiles, réfrigérateur). le service de ménage est inclus 3 fois par semaine. N hesitez pas a me dire si vous voulez des mets senegalais.

Le confortable

Venez profiter de notre appartement de 2 chambres salon refait à neuf ! Sa situation géographique en fera un atout de taille dans les déplacements que vous souhaitez réaliser durant votre séjour. L’appartement est collé au camp Sékou Mbalo ( gardé 24/24h par des policiers). L’immeuble dispose également un gardien présent 24h/24 et de caméras de surveillance. Les frais d’électricité s’élèvent à 4500FCFA ( 6,86€) par nuitée et ne sont pas compris dans le tarif.

★ villa La Signare, face à la mer

De la terrasse face à la mer, des escaliers descendent sur la plage. L érosion côtière étant fluctuante, la plage peut, selon la période, n' apparaître qu' à marée basse, mais il est alors toujours possible de se baigner à 5mn à pied. Les 4 chambres sont calmes, situées côté jardin. Toutes sont équipées de ventilateurs, de moustiquaires ; l'une d'un split également. WIFI disponible. cuve eau 1000 L et surpresseur. Proximité station TER : 10 mn de voiture.

Beautiful luxurious contemporary villa, in a quit residential neighborhood, 5 min from the beach (La Baie de Canda) and the gorgeous Lagune of Somone . 3 on suite bedrooms with kingsize beds, each with their own dressing. Eye level swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. Led lighting throughout the whole house and garden. AC in each room. Water well. Heaven on earth!

Beach House - Popenguine

A family friendly cottage in peaceful Popenguine. Our home is elevated just above the beach providing gorgeous views from everywhere in the house. Surrounded by bougainvillea and lush trees the house feels private and secluded. The large covered downstairs terrace is where you will spend most of your time, but when you need to go indoors, you'll be comfy and cool.
