Cottage is located in the back corner of a 5 acre resort partially surrounded by trees but close enough through a pathway to access the games room and outdoor pool. Close to all amenities but you'll feel like you're miles from everything in this quiet location. Located in a heart of PEI's South Central Coastal Drive. 5 min to vibrant Victoria-by-the-Sea, 30 minutes from Charlottetown, Summerside and Cavendish. Private cottage on 16 acres of land (only one on the property other than innkeepers house). Charming decor, private driveway, surrounded by trees for privacy. Full fridge, 2 burner induction stove top, new sleeper sofa in living room, new windows upstairs. All windows have sunblocking curtains and all are rooms equipped with ceiling fans.

Fully functional kitchen with efficient tiny home appliances, full bath with corner shower, a Queen bed with a twin above it in the upper container and a twin on the main level. Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.

Private Hot Tub River Retreat

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

Beachfront Cottage in Fox Harbour

Lovely rustic waterfront family cottage, 3 bedrooms, full bath and kitchen. Our lot is right on the Northumberland Strait (Warmest waters north of Carolina's), has stunning panoramic ocean views with bank access to the beautiful beach below. A great beach to swim and explore. Features a large wrap around patio with BBQ, furniture and a large grassy lawn. It is a great place to stay if you enjoy kayaking, fishing or boating as there is a boat launch just minutes away.

Angela's Cottage by the Sea

Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.

Close to several local attractions and golf courses. July/August there is a seven night minimum stay.
