A un minuto a pie de la playa cuyos 5 Km siguen acompañados de un paseo donde practicar running o ciclismo sin tráfico de coches. Estación de tren a 250 metros. Frecuencia de paso 10 minutos La Sierra del Montnegre y su situación en el centro del litoral catalán hace que ni los vientos de tramontana del norte ni los del sur de mistral lleguen a esta comarca. Villa que forma parte del circuito modernista catalán, donde Domenech i Montaner tenia su estudio y construcciones todavía en perfecto estado. El Castillo de Santa Florentina situada en la Villa recibe en verano los conciertos de los castillos de Catalunya de música clásica. Canet de Mar, villa marinera, los meses de verano hace honor a las fiestas tradicionales que se desarrollan en las calles. Canet de Mar es una villa tranquila y apacible con turismo fiel. Gran variedad de restaurantes en la zona con estrella Michelin. Entre 3 y 30 Km podemos encontrar 30 campos de Golf, incluidos dos de la PGA. Tienes las tiendas, bares, etc a 5 minutos. El apartamento no tiene ascensor hay que subir escaleras 5piso con un tramo final de caracol, podrás disfrutar de las fantasticas vistas y de la playa. Tasa turistica 1,75€ por persona y dia que se deberá hacer transferencia bancaria o bizum de las tasas turísticas antes de la estancia.
