A place to unwind while sitting on the big covered deck or exploring the countryside. We are close to Nature Parks and beaches and 25 min to Mt Washington. To Courtenay is 12 min, Campbell River is 20 min away.

Across the street there's a lovely park with tennis courts, (enjoy a game or 2 with tennis/pickle ball racquets provided) and an outdoor swimming pool. We are 20 min drive to local sandy beaches, and 12 min to Elk Falls/Suspension bridge & McIvor lake.

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.
