Cozy 3BR house. 9 min to LU, 10 min to downtown

Well maintained 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. Bathroom has double sinks with shower/jacuzzi tub with jets. Smart tv in the living room with comfy seats. Enhanced cleaning. All appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, coffee and tea. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Full length covered front porch, large back deck with a private back yard. Plenty of parking with car port. The home is 7 minutes drive to LU- all highway with easy access to 501 and 460 and downtown Lynchburg.

Formally a garage, this property has been transformed into a trendy two bedroom home! Located on premises at The Midtown Lofts, you can enjoy all of the amenities the property has to offer.
