مكان نظيف رائع وتوسيع ومتكامل مع اطلاله جميلة على البحر وعلى الجبل مع مزرعه بالتأكيد سوف اعود للسكن فيه متى ماتيسرت لي فرصه اسماعيل شخص محترم وخلوق ومتعاون والبيت لا ينقصه شي وقريب من الخدمات والمطاعم والسوبرماركت

The residence offers ample space, while the terrace is incredibly spacious. Unparalleled vistas span across tea plantations, forests, and the Black Forest. The ambiance is accompanied by birdsong, creating a tranquil haven that feels worlds away, yet just a three-minute drive lands you at Carrefour for your shopping needs. Though the house exhibits a touch of age, it remains decent and exceedingly budget-friendly. It's an ideal choice for families seeking proximity to attractions like Ayder (offering rafting, ziplines, etc.) and Rize. Can's parents greeted us warmly, extending an invitation to partake in the fruits from the trees enveloping the house. While I did have a few minor observations about the property, I communicated them to Can, who assured me they would be rectified. Given their insignificance, it's unnecessary to elaborate on them here. All in all, the house fulfills all your desires, whether you're seeking tranquility or adventure. Ask Can about the amazing restaurant
