Un séjour inoubliable chez Solange ! J’ai eu un vrai coup de cœur pour la maison de Solange, un havre de paix au cœur de Yaoundé. L’accueil par Madame Sylvie a été chaleureux, et le check-in s’est déroulé sans problème. La maison est superbe, bien décorée, fraîche même par forte chaleur, et parfaitement équipée (Wi-Fi, machine à laver, micro-ondes, cuisine complète). J’ai particulièrement apprécié les deux petites lampes solaires en cas de coupures de courant, les moustiquaires aux fenêtres, le petit coin de verdure, et la sécurité assurée par un gardien. Le quartier est calme et bien situé, à moins de 20 minutes de l’aéroport. Petit bonus : le salon de coiffure “La Tour Eiffel” juste à côté de la station service , pour de belles tresses et une manucure top. Merci Solange pour ta disponibilité, ta gentillesse et ta communication rapide. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. À très bientôt !

Nous étions 3 chez Arnaud. Tout d'abord le logement est très bien situé à Bonapriso, propre climatisé et tout fonctionnait. L'hôte est très professionnel et arrangeant . De plus, l'accueil est agréable. La résidence est sécurisée par des gardiens 24/24. Nous avons bénéficié de petits déjeuner offerts (offre exceptionnelle de janvier). Merci à l'hôte car nous n'avons vraiment rencontré aucun problème. On recommande sans hésiter et le mettons dans nos favoris pour séjourner à Douala. Merci pour le service qu'on espère restera toujours à la même hauteur.

L’hôte est très à l’écoute et toujours disponible. Il est est de même pour la concierge et le gardien. La maison est très spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons passez un très beau séjour et nous recommandons.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour de 4 nuits dans cet appartement T2, qui est non seulement conforme à l’annonce, mais aussi très bien décoré et chaleureux. L’espace est bien aménagé, propre et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. L’hôte était disponible et réactif, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus fluide. Seul petit bémol indépendant du logement : les coupures de lumière dans le quartier qui ont été parfois désagréables. Mais en dehors de cela, tout était parfait ! Je recommande sans hésitation. 😊✨

It is around the market, no need to spend to go to the market, it is one of the things that I liked more. At night there is security, when I came back late. I liked the water heating system in all the services.

I recently had the pleasure of residing here, and I must say that my stay was absolutely incredible. From the moment I moved in until the day I departed, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, the Landlord went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the warm welcome on my arrival to the personalized attention throughout my tenure, their professionalism and friendliness were remarkable. He promptly addressed any concerns or inquiries I had, making me feel valued and well taken care of. Their amenities were awesome and perfect!☺️

Le salon est vaste la cuisine propre avec tout les ustensiles sauf micro-onde le couvert plus qui n’en faut je le recommande à toit prix très confortable et calme

Super beau logement

The place is save and easy to access. Lots of activities around within the gated area. Host is very communicative and friendly. Rooms clean and as described. Would stay here again

The apartment is beautiful. What I call understated elegance. Sabine and her family are great hosts, very responsive, and attentive to details. It is as described, hot water, AC, Washing Machine, Internet, Cable all there as described. The personnel is warm and friendly. The neighborhood is calm. We were there for 24 days during the holiday season and there was only one really loud party, but we couldn't even hear it from inside the apartment. And by the way NOT ONE SINGLE POWER OUTAGE. Not once did we lose power. NOT ONE SINGLE WATER OUTAGE. Not once did we not have water. If you care about those kinda things, you will be in good hands. For those who like pools, there is a pool; it comes in very handy after a sweaty day in the Douala heat. Once a week, a cleaning crew came in to clean the apartment as well. That was pretty cool. They come in Tuesday or Thursday; you decide which day works for you, but you have to be on premise. They were very courteous and friendly. The location says Bonapriso, it's really New Bell, but fear not, the neighborhood is safe and there is 24 hours security on the premise. You won't even be able to tell. The good thing is you can also walk to any of the hot spots in Bonapriso. I did my grocery shopping at Casino, it's a 10 minute walk. There are a bunch of bars, cabarets, and clubs, and restaurants (Le Senat, Opium, Havana Room, XO...) in bonapriso, from the apartment, you're close to all of them, if you want to walk (I prefer to walk). When we were there, they were building a paved road, and as of January 13th they're still building that road. The apartments are a little walk away from the main street, which would be Rue Koloko or the next block over Rue Njo Njo, but we didn't have any issues walking there day or night. The only thing is, it is Douala and it is VERY VERY VERY HOT, so be prepared (I walked around with a towel because I sweat so much). At night there are a bunch of security guards there manning the different homes in the neighborhood, and during the day a bunch of construction workers are building the road. They were very friendly and even funny. Overall we had an amazing stay at T-residence. It is a place that I highly recommend and I'll probably stay at again when coming to Douala.
