Beautiful 4-Bedroom home on deep water w/a dock. Enjoy boating and fishing just mins from Jekyll Island and St. Simons Island. Four spacious bedrooms sleep 9 comfortably. Large deck for outdoor dining and relaxing. Classic Coastal Bungalow design with all the modern conveniences including a game room. Gorgeous views of the water with available Kayaks. Deep water dock and boathouse with fish clean table. Dog friendly with extra $95 fee. Please no cats, the owners are allergic. No garage access.

I’ve filled this small space with a giant personality of art I’ve collected over the years- whether it’s the Japanese 1970’s dinnerware or the stack of books on modern art and education, you’ll feel like you’re staying in a bit of a library, with vibrant colors abound, tucked in a quiet street but within walking distance to great food and live music. Just FYI, the main house which has a private entrance and it’s own deck on the other side of the property is also available- “Redfern Retreat”

GPS DIRECTIONS UNRELIABLE- Hwy 40 toward Crooked River, left on Mush Bluff Rd, left on Live oak Lane, go around curve and continue straight up Cadie Lane (Gravel Drive), take the right at the fork to The Shed.

The Freddie is a newly updated 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom coastal cottage style home. It comprises: an open floor plan that has the kitchen with island seating for 3, dining table for 6, and living room with a fireplace. There is a beautiful screened in porch with ample seating for relaxing. The master bedroom with a king bed is on the first floor. Upstairs you will find a sitting area with coffee station, a bunk room that sleeps 5, and a king guest bedroom. All bedrooms have ensuite baths.

We are casual and beach-y, steps to the Ocean, plus a brand new and well-done renovation, including deep tub, fab tile, farm sink, turquoise counter tops and original artwork throughout. And fully equipped kitchen! w wine rack and wireless printer (in case you have work to do). Our patio leads to paths of palm scrub, close to laundry facility, great restaurant, and, most importantly, steps to the boardwalk leading the way to the ocean or boardwalk gazebo seating.

The green door is a newly built studio apartment, in the heart of SSI, a bike ride away from the beach and walking distance from bars and restaurants in nearby Redfern Village. Modern furnishing, fluffy bedding and lofted ceilings meet plenty of natural light in this cozy and peaceful space.
