Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, you'll find the patio, the pool,sunbathing area, the barbecue and the wood-fired oven.

A beautiful and elegant 4 bedroom house near the charming, historic town of Camaiore. The house is situated in a small hamlet at the top of a hill with stunning views out to the nearby towns and the sea beyond. The town of Camaiore is at the bottom of the hill and the house is also only a few kilometres from the exclusive resort-lined Versilia coast. Please note this property is only really suitable for 6 adults maximum (plus 4 kids) as there are bunk beds in one of the rooms.

Ha un ampio open space, 2 camere matrimoniali, entrambe con vista mare e 2 bagni, di cui uno con vasca idromassaggio e un ampio parcheggio riservato e gratuito davanti alla casa. There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

VILLA GIOMA - Rustico completamente ristrutturato

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
