Yes, you can walk to everything downtown. All the restaurants and bars, the Fox Cities Exhibition Center, the PAC, the museums, Lawrence University, the downtown events, and more. And if you're driving, you are only about a half hour from Green Bay or Oshkosh. You will have the entirety of this fully renovated house. 3-4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and lots of extra space.
