It is boat friendly with a private pier with lights. A game room above the boathouse provides indoor fun with shuffleboard, pool, and foosball tables along with the second bath. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, bird watchers, and families (with kids).

Our comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath guest house is the perfect retreat for event weekends and hunting trips. Just a 1/2 mile from a popular event venue, it's an easy stroll home after the party. In hunting season, we're a cozy and convenient basecamp for dove, whitetail, and quail adventures. Plus, it’s within walking distance of the refinery—a great fishing or hunting retreat!

Perfect for the Snowbird, couples or anyone looking to relax. 30 amp RV hookup and septic available for small fee. Hook up and relax in the home while you do your laundry. Plenty of parking space if you want to bring your boat. This is not a lakefront property. Access via state park. Most pets ok with pre-notification. Absolutely no more than 4 people maximum.
