Little Loralyn Studio Jervis Bay

A perfect space just for one, a couple or small family with an infant. Ideal for travellers, short stays, for business people and local vistors. When you don’t need extra rooms to be on holdiays or to rest up and be comfortable. Little Loralyn Studio is a fully equipped small place with a private enclosed courtyard and outdoor area, located across the road from the waterways of St Georges Basin. Well behaved pets or one infant may stay upon request, and when added to the booking.

Warrain Cottage

A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. It boasts its own hot tub exclusively for guest use. I charge no cleaning fees which means my guests save big dollars. Other features include fire pit, outdoor kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine & Wifi. The yard is fully fenced and the property is per friendly.

Modern & cute beach house designed to accommodate a couple, or 1-2 families in comfort, through a combination of indoor and outdoor living areas. Two queen sized bedrooms and bunks for four. Pet friendly & secure fencing. Not really suitable for more than 4 adults, as bunk beds are more for little people. WI-FI and air-conditioning to ensure you enjoy your stay.
