Take a quiet vacation at this fully renovated historical schoolhouse built in the 1800's. It offers an open floorplan with a loft area where the four twin beds are located *can be made more private by closing the barn doors. There is two full bathrooms, a large kitchen area, living space, dining space, and an open area we can set up to be used for craft activities or other activities upon request. It also has a Halo air purification system, stopping virus particles to travel through the HVAC.

Have fun on Stuart Lake (aka Lower Brace Lake), a 115 acre, all-sports and fishing lake. Located just 5 minutes from the Marshall City limits and 8 minutes from the heart of Downtown Marshall. A 100-year-old home, nestled in the historic district with a beautiful backyard for privacy, is all yours to enjoy. Cozy for two, spacious for more. There is no main floor bath or bedroom. There are three upstairs bedrooms (two queen, one king, and a foldout twin) and full bath. There is a second full bath in the basement. The main floor has a well-stocked kitchen, internet, living and dining rooms with a beautiful sunroom. It’s a 4-block walk to a variety of coffee shops and restaurants.

Casino 15 minutes away. Beautiful lakefront home on quiet lake, Serene and wooded yard. Right on the water with a beach. Enjoy the lake views from the inside porch at the large hand made table with 8 seats. Onsite laundry. Very tastefully decorated The first floor will give you that up north feel with beautiful knotty pine walls. The second floor has the bedrooms and bath for more privacy. There are many stairs! Well water. Must be 23 or older to rent.
