Amazing place to stay. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable! The pool and hot tub were amazing.. we swam for 8 hours and everything was as described. Very clean and Bre was responsive and helpful when I had a questions! Will definitely stay here again when I visit Michigan!

I booked the place for me and my friends to celebrate my birthday. We all had a great time together, the space was so perfect and so clean. We used a speaker while in the hot tub and it was perfect, I definitely would book another stay.

Our family is local to this property and due to being impacted by a tornado in May, we had been displaced a couple times during construction of our home. We moved into the Author House the week before Thanksgiving so I needed a place big enough for our college aged kids to come home and feel at home. We loved this property! Every detail was well thought out and the vibe of the house is a peaceful paradise. The house is down the street from an elementary, middle and high schools, so the street is pretty busy but it’s set back enough off the street, that the traffic was moot. There are a ton of windows and the 1 acre years was surrounded by trees, creating a serene feeling. We got to watch deer in the yard daily. Everything was so perfect, we forgot about the stress we have been feeling since the tornado, clearly the best 3 weeks we’ve had since the tornado! Thank you for sharing it with us so last minute! The charm of this house and the peacefulness is so much appreciated!!

Our stay was pleasant and peaceful. The home is cozy and neat and gave us such a quaint vibe. Meredith was wonderful, very responsive, helpful and kind. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed stay. This cute house met our needs, and we especially appreciated the **remodeled bathroom and the hot tub**! The house is perfect for a nice getaway and near shopping if needed. If I'm passing through this area again, I will certainly choose this house!

Great location, near lots of eventful areas. Delicious food nearby for dine in or cooking yourself. Incredible amenities for just relaxing over a vacation, and able to keep kids safe.

Our family had an absolutely marvelous time at the Barn House after Christmas. Kathleen went the extra mile to make our time at the Barn House memorable. The Christmas decorations were beautiful! It is a lovely place to get away with your family or friends, in winter or summer. It was beautiful in December, I can only imagine how pretty the Barn House would be in the summer. Our entire family would love to return for another visit! Booking and checking in were easy and flawless. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!❤️
