Location is on the lake with a dock and kayaks available for use. Enjoy miles of hiking trails at the Nature Conservancy's 256-acre Barr Hill Preserve, or biking on the extensive Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. Greensboro has an historic general store (Willey's) and the award-winning brewery, Hill Farmstead, is nearby in Greensboro Bend.

Try skiing Burke, Cannon, Loon or Bretton Woods, or simply take a 5 minute drive into historic Saint Johnsbury to eat at one of the many restaurants or peruse the boutique shops along the streets.

Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."
