Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! Named after the smallest of North American falcons, which nest in nearby trees, "Kestrel's Perch" was reimagined - from the bottom up - in the spirit of a comfortable mid-century hilltop retreat, emphasizing the property's spectacular views of the Valley, private setting, fully fenced yard and access to surrounding amenities of northwest Boise. The 1000 sq ft home features a large master bedroom, 2nd bedroom (well-suited as office), well-lit kitchen/living room and italian-tiled bathroom.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood located in the heart of Star. Relax in the backyard patio, your private deck, or have a fire in the fire pit. Whether you are traveling for pleasure or business, this studio suite offers you everything you need to work or simply relax and explore the local area. We live in the main house, completely separated from the studio suite. We respect your personal space to enjoy your stay but will always be available via text/phone to answer your questions.

Private Boise Sunset Studio

In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.

Studio Apartment attached to the little main house with 270 acres of public land as the backyard. Off leash hiking with developed trails and amazing views of Boise and the mountains. Eclectic decor that makes you feel right at home with an outside private sitting area. Uber or Lyft will only cost you a few dollars to safely get downtown for the breweries and amazing restaurants. April and Gary live in the main house and help host the airbnb.

Cottage on the Snake River

We are at the end of a 1/2 mile driveway. It is very quiet and relaxing. The house is comfortable and homey. Lots of space to walk around. We have a pond near by that is full of wildlife. The house has a water softener/filter so the water feels slick on your skin. Also, the water has a sulfur smell to it so we provide bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have the water tested and it is safe. it just has a slight smell.

Sleepy Bear Lodge

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

COZY cottage close to FORD center CWI ST LUKES

Beautifully renovated Nampa Gem! Light, bright and modern on the outskirts of town but still close to everything. Nicely located 9 minutes from St. Luke’s Nampa, 7minutes from St. Alphonsus Nampa, 5 mins from the Ford Center, 4 mins to CWI and 22 mins to the Boise Airport. Plus it’s super close to so many yummy restaurants and lots of fun shopping.
