Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! This cozy upstairs apartment has everything you need. Surrounded by Sunnyslope wineries out in the country it promises a peaceful retreat for you and yours. I personally love the free live music during the summer time at the Indian creek plaza! If you’re here during winter, the creek side Christmas lights are one of the biggest and best displays around!

In the office there is an infrared sauna. The bonus has a tv and games. The living room boasts an impressive 18-foot ceiling. Outside, enjoy the hot tub and bbq area—great for relaxing evenings. We’re happy to provide cots and sleeping pads, making this home a great fit for sports teams or large groups

Come enjoy our newly renovated basement apartment that's close to downtown, grocery stores, and NNU. There is also a covered patio for guests to relax. The doorways are a little short, so not recommended for tall folks unless you're mindful of your head. :) The floor plan is also a little quirky in that the only entrance to the bedroom is through the bathroom. Still a cute space to spend a few nights!

Sleepy Bear Lodge

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
