The apartment was nice and cozy. Everything you need is just a short walk away. The staff it the front seat was very helpful anytime I needed directions. I don’t speak Spanish so I have to use an application on my phone to translate. Everyone was from the front seat to all of the stores on the area where very understanding and happy to help me via translation app

El sitio fue tal cual en las fotos, altamente recomendado, sitio tranquilo, familiar, ubicación, y amenidades... Le hace falta un cariñito al apto para dejarlo 100/100; pero a la fecha tiene un 96/100 en su habitabilidad... Me volvería a hospedar sin dudarlo...

Fantastic place! Even better than on the pictures. Santiago is a fantastic host and the staff, Erika (maid & cook) and Jhonattan (driver) have made our stay even better. Location is great to visit the surrounding highlights. Supermarket is close by as well. I would highly recommend staying here.

Dean and Cristina are great hosts. They responded very quickly to any questions or problems we had. The apartment is in a great location in a very quiet residential neighborhood while at the same time it is close to many restaurant and shopping locations like the Arboleda Shopping Center. The building has excellent security with 24 hour per day doormen, who provide access to the building and treat everyone very well. The internet works well in the apartment and the two televisions are good one with Colombian programming and the other with access to things like Netflix and Amazon Prime. The apartment has a nice deck for sitting outside and we experienced no bugs or insects using it. There is one minor inconvenience for the apartment. The apartment has a clothes washer but no dryer, so the clothes must be hung to dry after washing. This can be done for most items but not the bedding which cannot be hung to dry. To wash bedding the owners must come by and pick it up for cleaning.

La estancia fue simplemente perfecta. El apartamento estaba impecable, tal como en las fotos (¡o incluso mejor!). Muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila pero con fácil acceso a todo. La decoración era moderna y acogedora, y no faltó ningún detalle: desde café y té disponibles hasta toallas extra y una cama comodísima. El anfitrión fue muy atento, respondió rápidamente a cualquier consulta y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Se nota que se preocupa por ofrecer una experiencia excelente. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. Totalmente recomendado para quien busque comodidad, limpieza y una gran atención al detalle.

Camilo fue supremamente amable desde el momento en el que lo contactamos, sus instrucciones fueron claras, el apartamento cuenta con una excelente ubicación, el sector es muy tranquilo, de fácil acceso, muchos lugares cerca para comer y divertirse, el apartamento es espectacular, cuida cada detalle para una estadía fabulosa, sin duda volveré a hospedarme alli. Muy agradable la estadía en el apartamento, muy limpio organizado y bonito. Es una zona muy residencial y tranquila , la anfitriona Carmen estuvo muy pendiente y fue muy amable y servicial. Recomiendo 100%, este lugar.

One of the best location in Pereira. Walkable to coffee, restaurants and grocery. I enjoy this place alot especially the view in the patio. Internet was fast for remote work. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Cesar is helpful and responsive! Will return!

Clean and basic apartment, gated with security, has a great view. Hosts were very helpful and very communicative. The kitchen was a decent set up, loved the air fryer. The grocery store on the corner has about everything and the location is easy to get taxis and buses. Hummingbird feeders were great had four different types of hummingbirds visit daily- Sparkling Violetear, White-necked Jacobin, Rufous-tailed, Steely-vented
