Holiday House in Calblanque Natural Park

The house is located in the heart of the Natural Park of Calblanque, in the town or place of Cobaticas. The beaches of the park are about 15 minutes walk and 5 by car or bus from the house. The access to the Park is through a road that alternates stretches of land and asphalt. Although Cobaticas does not have any commerce or service, the town of Los Belones is 5 minutes by car and Cabo de Palos and La Manga del Mar Menor less than 10 minutes away. Cartagena is about 30 minutes away. The house and its situation is especially indicated for people who enjoy and respect the nature and the environment of both the countryside and the beach of a Natural Park. The exceptional location of the house makes it have some peculiarities. As the water network does not reach the population, the supply is through the water company's tanks that are distributed in the tanks or cisterns of each house for their supply; due to this, the water pressure in the house is variable but more than enough to cover all the basic cleaning and cleaning needs. Depending on weather factors, there is not always good TV, 4G and telephone signal.

Apartamento encima del mar, en un entorno natural con vistas espectaculares. Aire Acondicionado en el dormitorio principal, wifi, lavavajillas y plaza de garaje. 2 dormitorios y 1 baño, cocina, y un salón con terraza, ideal para cuatro personas, además cuenta con sofá cama de 135 en el salón por si sois alguno más. La cala está debajo del apartamento, con acceso. Ideal para practicar buceo, paddle sup, piragüismo.. En verano es fresquito, pero tenemos aire acondicionado para esos días extremos.

Todas las piezas de decoración son recuerdos de mis viajes por el mundo, sobre todo de dos lugares que han significado mucho para mi. Africa y Mexico. La casa a pasado la certificación de limpieza de Covid-19 por la consejería de Murcia. Ideal para trabajar ya que dispone de un estudio con todas las comodidades de una oficina.
