Come relax in our peaceful Pioneer cabin. Whether you’re enjoying some time with your special someone or with the family. Tucked away on a private road just off Hwy 88. The cabin is cozy and the setting is private & serene. Enjoy a bbq on the new deck or cuddle up in front of the fireplace. Kirkwood is just a short 45 min drive. Sleepy Bear Chalet is an upscale getaway. Located in the highly desirable vacation community of Lakemont Pines. Lakemont Pines is unique as it provides a private lake(10 min walk ),offers a sandy beach, roped off swimming area, paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boats, floating tubes of all shapes, sand toys, snack shack, and games/ activities. During summer month, HOA requires daily lake access fee $8 for each guest ( 3 and under are free). Guest will pay the fee to HOA directly at the lake.
