A farm setting 20 mins from Tamworth. A quiet and comfortable flat with private facilities. King bed with own bathroom and kitchenette. Separate entrance with access to beautiful verandah views of the peaceful countryside. Pets are most welcome, there is a run for dogs and a crate available if needed. It is important if they are free in the flat that they are house trained and do not get on or in the bed. When first arriving or walking around the farm they need initially to be on a lead.

Nestled in a secluded location approximately 900m from the nearest dwelling, access is via a dirt track and a couple of gates. The property is a wildlife sanctuary so you can enjoy the birds that abound in the trees but please no pets. We have our own who we are happy to share with you during your stay.

Being only 7 minutes from the ALEC also available is a undercover stables, holding pens and round yards if you would like to bring your horse for an extra fee of $20/night. There is also a tennis court and Netflix available free of charge.
