Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Detached house with private garden and parking, 10 minutes from Cortina. The house has two levels with panoramic views from the living room and bedrooms upstairs. It features two balconies on the upper floor and a terrace at the entrance. The bright and cozy living room comes with a smart TV equipped with Netflix for enjoyable evenings. There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor. The kitchen, though compact, is fully equipped with essentials.
