Exactly as described and in the photos. Great patio , for the summer. Easy access to the beach. Walkable to the beautiful old town of Estepona. Everything was wonderful for us.

Our second stay at Alcazba lagoon did not disappoint. Indeed the apartment was immaculate and beautifully appointed. We were treated to lovely weather while we were there and our two boys enjoyed the sports at the lagoon and play area. Accessible for all the lovely villages inland and costa. A range of local supermarkets and a great mercadona only 5/10 mins drive.

The apartment was really nice and spacious, the urbanizacion was fantastic. Very nice pools outside, beatiful garden, very quite enviroment. Peter was always helpful and tried to solve everything what we asked for. The apartment is equipped with all the necessery things. There is a very spacious and nice terrace with seaview. The indoor pool was great as well. I definately recommend this apartment for families.

We had such a relaxing and restful holiday. The apartment is in a beautiful spot overlooking the pool. The gym on site was well equipped and the padel court in great condition. We walked to the marina everyday for a coffee and some food. It’s a nice stroll. There are 2 supermarkets just outside the residential area that are well equipped. Try both. The kitchen has everything we needed. Including both a food processor/blender and coffee machine with pods. We traveled with our 8month old. There was a cot with bedding and even hooded baby towels. A high chair with insert was also provided. It really is a home from home. Great apartment, great host and great holiday. Would highly recommend.

Klare 5 Sterne, wohl ein seltener Fund auf Airbnb! Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 3 Wochen in dieser super schönen Wohnung mit perfektem Meerblick. Alles war absolut sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es mangelt wirklich an nichts und wir durften alles benutzen. Sehr gute zentrale Klimaanlage für alle Räume, die man aber auf Grund des guten Klimas nicht oft benötigt. Auch die Boxspringbetten sind überdurchschnittlich gut. Nachts ist die Gegend sehr ruhig. Sehr nette Vermieter Nils&Verena, die jederzeit für Fragen und Insidertipps zur Verfügung stehen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

The apartment is very modern and comfortable. Next to a nice beach (nudist), to the swimming pool, to supermarkets and to the city (Estepona). We may come back next years.

Thank you for having us to stay at your apartment Lola. We were very grateful to have Rosa let us in and show us around and the apartment was a perfect base for us to travel up and down the coast. The views are superb and the outdoor area ideal for chilling out. Would work well for 2 couples as well with 2 doubles and 2 bathrooms. Would recommend.

I recently had a fantastic experience staying at Paul's apartment. The apartment was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The decor was tasteful and elegant, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Each room was thoughtfully designed with a blend of modern style and cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we could possibly require. The living area was perfect for lounging and spending quality time together, with comfortable seating and a large TV for entertainment. The bedrooms were serene and comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after long days of beach activities. Paul was exceptional. He was always attentive and ready to assist with anything we needed, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. His hospitality truly made a difference.

Christian’s home was exactly as described. Beautiful decor, very clean and everything you need for the perfect break. The facilities at Alcazaba Lagoon were clean well kept and has something for everyone. Water sports for those who aren’t favourable to spending hours relaxing but the pool (my husband and daughter) but also for those who do, lying by the lagoon was still calming with the subtle noise of children’s laughter in water and not ‘hectic’ at all, and life guards very attentive to keeping all in order and safe. Couldn’t fault the restaurants on the resort, service and food very good, at a price it deserved. Would definitely come back, thank you for having us Christian!

Aurora’s place is just beautiful. The view was absolutely stunning and so peaceful - a true slice of heaven. She was also so accommodating when we were leaving as had a very late flight so let us stay a little longer which we really appreciated. Thank you!

Super Lage im Zentrum. Zu Fuss ist alles bequem erreichbar. Gute Matratzen und angenehmes Raumklima. Lediglich die direkte Nähe zu einem Schulhof stört manchmal und ein unzuverlässiges WIFI-Signal. Ansonsten alles top, genau so wie beschrieben.

Cet appartement est un havre de paix alliant confort, élégance et fonctionnalité. Magnifiquement décoré et très bien équipé, chaque détail a été soigné pour offrir un cadre chaleureux où l’on se sent chez soi. Les parties communes de la résidence sont très bien entretenues, la piscine spacieuse et d’une propreté irréprochable, est un véritable atout pour se détendre et profiter du soleil. La cerise sur le gâteau est sans conteste la magnifique terrasse offrant une vue imprenable sur le golf, la mer et le rocher de Gibraltar.

Jacques is a great guy, very helpful and friendly, he had very good recommendations for restaurants, trips and golf courses. We really enjoyed the indoor heated pool with the children, there are saunas and a gym available - all included in the price, the area is guarded 24/7, the underground parking with an elevator to the apartment is a nice bonus, the whole resort is beautifully landscaped and clean, we enjoyed it. I look forward to the next time, thanks a lot :)

We stayed almost a month here & felt at home very quickly. Check in was smooth & the apt is very well appointed. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a large supermarket right across the street which was handy. The apt comes with a reserved underground parking spot, which after seeing the lack of available street parking, seemed like a real luxury. The apt is very walkable to great restaurants & to the beach. Rafaela’s recommendations for local food was spot on and we tried most of them. We didn’t get much use of the balcony, given the time of year and fact that is shaded all day made it a little too cool. Overall a great stay and we enjoyed our time in Estepona very much!

Wunderschön ! Hier kann man wirklich entspannen. Der Haushalt ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für seinen Urlaub benötigt. Die Betten sind bequem und es fehlt auch nicht an zusätzlichen Decken. Alles wird schön gepflegt, die Sauna, der Pool und ein gut angelegter Garten, der private Atmosphäre bedenkt. Im März war es leider recht kalt, aber mit dem Ofen gemütlich und warm in der Wohnung. Vielen Dank, Achim, für deine Gastfreundschaft.

We had such a lovely stay at Debra’s place. The style was bohemian, quirky and the energy was carefree. The place was tucked away behind a big door, felt peaceful and private. The little courtyard area was a little sun trap for a few hours in the afternoon. We hired a scooter to get to and from the beach everyday which we were able to park right outside the house. Debra sorted us with a taxi booking back to the airport, which was a massive help & took all stress off travel for the end of the trip. Totally recommend!

The house is perfect for a family stay. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the sea pleasantly lulls us to sleep. It has everything needed for everyday life. In reality, it looks even better than in the photos; we were very pleasantly surprised by the newly renovated bathrooms. The terrace is equipped with a hammock, which allowed our baby to have wonderful naps. Additionally, the house is located next to a promenade that is ideal for evening jogging or walks with a child and a stroller. There is a well-equipped pharmacy and shops nearby. The communication with Kelly was excellent. One thing to be prepared for – during our stay in September, there were a lot of mosquitoes that kept our child awake. We used a lamp and a mosquito net over the baby's bed – it might be worth installing one permanently.

Estuvimos un grupo de 6 amigos durante el fin de semana y lo pasamos genial. La casa esta super bien equipada, en una zona tranquila pero bien conectada. Ralf y Jasmin muy amables todo el tiempo

Maison spacieuse et bien équipée, la piscine est magnifique, tout est là pour passer de belles vacances. L'environnement est très calme et paisible (dans un golf), il se trouve dans une partie de l'Andalousie encore rurale et préservée de l'urbanisation. Le seul désagrément que nous avons eu a été des coupures d'électricité (compteur de la maison qui sautait), cela est arrivé 3 fois, mais l'équipe de Resort Villa est intervenue rapidement pour chercher la panne et nous expliquer quoi faire si cela se reproduisait. Notre interlocutrice Resort Villa était Maria Jose, elle a été très présente et réactive, merci à elle.
