For cyclists and hikers, near the the Armstrong Trail (38 mile biking/ hiking trail), only 5 minute drive to the popular hiking destination of Buttermilk Falls. There is a boat ramp a mile down the road. Community Park, shopping and restaurants within walking distance of home.

Secluded along the banks of the Slippery Rock Creek is the 4th generation family cottage, fully renovated in 2017, originally built in 1940. Bike on the Leechburg Tow Path Trail which connects to downtown Leechburg and hundreds of miles of rails to trails in Armstrong County. Float, kayak and fish on the river all within a 40 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh.
