We have a gym and a 24 hour convenience store close by. The estate has several parks, the closest being 2 mins walk from your doorstep.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Walking distance to the beach, or stroll the tracks through the dunes of Cable Beach. The shops or even the local pool are a close distance, follow the path or take the bike. TV and wifi for a night in or even a day out of the sun. Utilise the patio for a cool early coffee or a dinner in the evenings. Kitchen is equiped with everything needed to make basic meals. Washing machine and clothes line for your convenience as well.
