Walking distance to The Eastern concert venue, a couple blocks from the restaurants/shopping of Memorial drive, across the street from the famed Carroll St Cafe, and only a 15-minute drive from the airport. The space is a true home, equipped with everything you need to live like a local with a dash of vacation luxury.

Walk/bike to the world famous Beltline & many other exciting destinations including nearby bars & restaurants. Also, I’m a Realtor if you have Qs. Many long-term (1+mon) guests have been very happy here & many returning guests. Plenty of parking if needed.

Artist Guest Quarters in Grant Park

Welcome to our house, which was built in 1896, and renovated by our artist family in the 1980s. It's an old fashioned airbnb - we live here, and you're like our downstairs tenants for the time you're here. We'll leave you alone unless you need us. If you're going to the Eastern for a concert, we're a great place to stay. You can walk there from here. Close to beltline, highway, buses and subway, shopping, restaurants, parks, downtown. Good for walkers and bikers. Come stay at our house!
