På gården var det långt tillbaka ett krongästgiveri. Där kunde kungen och hans följe äta, vila och byta till utvilade hästar på sin genomresa genom landet. Detta är länge sedan. Vi har drivit gården som mjölkgård men även det är historia. När vi nu blivit pensionärer har vi ägnat detta hus lite extra kärlek och omsorg. Det har renoverats och blivit 2 lägenheter. Öland - Beach Living in Byrum Sandvik for Two

This Beach House for 2 people is located at one of the most beautiful sand beaches in Sweden, the stunning Byrum-Sandvik on Öland. Watch the sunset over the ocean and the island of the Blue Virgin (Blå Jungfrun). Walking distance to the unique rock formations "Raukarna". Swimming, Hiking, biking, jogging at your door step. Many golf courses nearby. The guest house is located on a large property about 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house, which is occasionally occupied.

In Byxelkrok's marina is this fresh two-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom. From the house down to the beach it is only few meters. The apartment is located on the second floor and offers a fantastic sea view over Kalmarsund. Byxelkrok - in northern Öland - is a paradise for everyone who loves the sea and the pleasant life that the ferry port and the guest harbor offer. Byxelkrok has a large selection of restaurants, there is also a grocery store and small shops in the boathouses.

Summerhouse ocean view - Eco Friendly

Fully equipped summerhouse with a fantastic location in the peninsula north of Oskarshamn. It is located on an "island" in the archipelago north-east of Oskarshamn, ~ 20 min by car. The area is called Dragskär. The "island" is connected to the mainland via a small natural pier and short bridge. Road goes all the way to the house. Here starts the marvellous east coast archipelago. From the big 20 sqm sun lounge/patio you have a direct splendid view of a small bay in the Baltic sea.

Mycket fin stuga med exklusivt läge i Mönsterås skärgård, uthyres veckovis eller efter överenskommelse. Stugan är fridfullt belägen med egen brygga, stor naturtomt med havet som närmsta granne. Huset är 54 kvm + sovloft och är trivsamt att bo i året runt. 1 rum och kök/allrum, 4+2 bäddar. Kyl, frys diskmaskin micro, ugn, vedeldad kamin och TV. Fräscht badrum med tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Möjlighet finns att hyra mindre rodd- / motorbåt, kanot och kajak.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende, med stor trädgård. Närhet till strand, restauranger och butiker i Byxelkrok. Underbara solnedgångar, minigolf och vackra stränder. Knappt 10 minuters bilfärd till Böda sand med vita sandstränder. Stugan är utrustad med modernt kök, öppen spis och stor altan med grillmöjligheter. Finns möjlighet att få tillgång till ytterligare en stuga på tomten om ni är ett större sällskap.

Cosy holiday cottage in nature reserve

Experience the beautiful nature reserve Lövö. An island with walking trails, fishing grounds, woods and several bridges. The area has a diverse animal habitat. You will stay in a traditional Swedish cottage with a fantastic view over fields. The cabin has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space and a toilet. Two bicycles are included and there is a canoe available for hire.

Havsnära fritidshus.

Fräscht nybyggt (2023) fritidshus med egen badbrygga. Huset är ljust och trevligt med badbryggan 25m från huset. Huset har alla bekvämligheter. Utemiljön kommer att uppdateras efterhand med uteplatser och dyl. Vid bryggan finns även en liten roddbåt ifall man vill ta sig en liten tur i den vackra skärgården, kanske vill ni testa fiskelyckan? Hjärtligt välkomna.

Cozy guesthouse near Byxelkrok and the beach.

The cottage is close to the beach and bicycle distance to Byxelkrok. Outdoor furniture in teak and barbecue on large plot. Newly renovated bathroom with soap. Small but functional kitchen in trinett model. My accommodation accommodates couples. The cottage is fresh and homely. Bring your own sheets and towels. Cleaning is not included.

Huset ligger på bästa läge och nära till allt som Byxelkrok har att erbjuda. Ett stenkast till de fina hällarna där vi badar, de bästa sandstränderna, restauranger, golfbana, padelbana, loppis, bageri och sjöbodar vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse.

Boende vid havet

Ett gårdshus vid havet med egen uteplats. Sovloft med dubbelsäng med stege för att ta sig upp. Och en bäddsoffa för 2. Bastu & spabad finns att användas! Bedorande utsikt över havet där du kan sitta och titta på båttrafiken som åker förbi.
