Frenchman St. is considered the 'locals' Bourbon St.' and is also the route for Krewe de Vieux which is the first parade of Mardi Gras. Lots of room to relax and visit with family and friends, large island in the kitchen with sofa and counter chairs.

City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)
