Die Villa unser kleine Paradis wurde im Jahr 2021 neu gebaut. Im Januar 2025 wurden die Inneneinrichtung und der Außenbereich neu gestaltet. Klimaanlage März 2025 eingebaut sowie Strohmgenerator. Die Villa lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Pool ist blickdicht und von außen nicht einsehbar – er wird ausschließlich privat von den Gästen genutzt. Einige Resorts in der Nähe versüßen mit ihrer leckeren Küche den Urlaub. lokale Lebensmittelläden sind fußläufig. Das türkisblaue Meer 1 Minute zu Fuß.
