A nice, quaint house to serve as your rest and recover point for the rest of your vacation. The house was perfect for our group of seven as we spent the days exploring Mystic and going to the beach. Tyler and Hope keep the home well-stocked with everything you could need for your stay, from the kitchen to the linen closet to the bathroom, there was nothing lacking. Our dogs love the fenced in yard and the backyard and deck were a great space to sit outside or use the grill or fire pit. Tyler and Hope were very attentive in preparing us with directions and notes, as well as a video and a binder with suggestions while we were there. I would definitely look to this location again on our next trip to Mystic.

A wonderful place that felt even larger than in the pictures, surrounded by beautiful scenery, offering complete privacy, and the perfect touch of a delicious hot tub experience under a snowy night.

Craig was awesome and extremely nice and understanding! The house was clean and one of the best I have stayed in. The location is quiet and tucked in a small neighborhood. I had the most amazing stay and would suggest this to anyone going to this location!

This was a great find! I booked this Airbnb for myself and 4 other girls and there was plenty of room and space for us to hangout, sleep, and get ready. Walkable to town. Extremely clean and had all the amenities you would need for a short weekend getaway. Marianne and Steven were very responsive whenever I had a question. I would totally book this Airbnb again!

We needed a place to stay for the holidays while some work was being done at our house a few miles away. We felt really lucky to have found Ashely and Justin’s house when we walked in. Four bedrooms with 5 king and queen beds were an incredible plus, and the beds were perfect. The bathrooms were super clean and had great linens, lotions, soaps and other things like makeup removers. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils we needed and was a big open space you can move around. The living spaces in front and back of the house were big and open, well furnished. The living room in the back opens to a great backyard with a fire pit and swinging bench. The house is awesome and we’ve recommended to all our local friends and family. But the thing I like the most was being in the Pier and walking to the seawall and beach, Monihans jetty and the restaurants and pubs off Boon Street. Location location location!

Location, location, location! Our tennis team was in need of a space that could comfortably house us, offer flexible sleeping options, and provide convenient access to the tennis facility where our tournament was held. This house met/exceeded all of these needs. We were within 5 minutes of the tennis facility which allowed us the convenience of coming and going without worrying about being late. We also loved having abundant space to spread out as well as having large communal spaces like the living room and dining room when we all wanted to be together. Chen was also very responsive to our questions/requests as they arose. Overall, this was the perfect place for us! The only feedback I would suggest for improvement is for the skylights to have shades. Two bedrooms have skylights and those of us sleeping in these rooms were awake as soon as the sun rose (too early) and had a hard time battling the sun. We loved staying at this lakeside cabin for thanksgiving with family. Beautiful sunsets, great location, charming house. Loved it!

I fell in love with this apartment, the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were excellent, very cozy and endless amenities, the only complaint I have is the ceiling of the room but it is understandable and is not a big deal and they did not tell us where to put the garbage so we had to leave it in front of the door in the garage but other than that a very good experience in this beautiful place, I recommend it!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

Perfect stay. Pool was amazing. Host was very responsive to everything. Great for families, Just bring socks with friction pads on the bottom so you don’t slide .

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. This property was precisely as advertised, ideally located for my needs, and Ian was a very responsive host. I would recommend the property and the host without reservation.

Our family spent a great weekend here. There was plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own, and everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The home was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything we could have needed was there. The hot tub was lovely both nights, and the pool area looks pretty though was not yet opened for the season. This is a perfect spot to bring your family, to relax, and enjoy all that the Hamptons, and Hampton Bays has to offer. We hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful two day stay at Roger and Amy’s place. It was fantastic- such a beautiful, inviting home. Our kids had a blast in the heated pool- we could barely get them to come out despite it being under 60 degrees out! The kitchen was stocked with more than just kitchen basics- the spice cabinet had soo many different choices ! It was probably the most perfect AirBnb experience I’ve had and we travel plenty.

The location was great and a nice place to walk. Lots of stuff to see and do that’s not far away. We would come again.

The place is roomy and clean. The bed is comfy and the shower is great. There were juices and sodas and water in the mini fridge, a coffee maker with coffee and some wrapped snacks. A comfortable place to stay in a very pricy part of Long Island if you prefer a home over a hotel. We were only there for the 2 nights of our stay since we were out all day and for that it was perfect.

This was our second stay at the Riverside Blues House and once again Liza did not disappoint! This is a great location, great view and the home is pristine and beautifully decorated. My son lives nearby and when we have a large group visiting the Riverside Blues House is our home away from home. Can't wait to stay there in the warm weather and take advantage of the Ferry!! Thanks Liza!

We would definitely recommend Deb’s and Sharon’s cottage as a place to stay. The location is great, as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water, but is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood so it still also offers plenty of privacy. They were wonderful and responsive hosts and checked on us throughout our stay, though we didn’t end up needing a thing. They were gracious enough to allow our dog Bella join for the weekend too, which we appreciated very much as she goes everywhere with us. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely look to book again if we make our way back to the beautiful island!

Maura was an excellent host and the home was perfect! We enjoyed the weekend very much and cannot thank Maura enough for her kindness, responsiveness, warm hearted spirit, and for opening up her home to us. Will always keep this spot in mind for future SI adventures!

Such a lovely time and Chris & Cynthia’s! Cynthia was so communicative leading up to our stay and kindly greeted us upon arrival for a quick walkthrough of the property. They were so accommodating and easy going with check in times and were so pet friendly! Loved staying here!

The cottage is cozy and comfortable, including the beds. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet very accessible to hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Fiona was extremely friendly and helpful. She is definitely a Super Host! We would happy have stayed longer if we could have! For those who like to ride your bike: Rt. 127, the main road that goes around Cape Ann, is very narrow and has no shoulder, so I don't recommend planning to bike there.

The property was cozy and clean with great graden sitting are and almost everything you could need. Only qualm was that the property was advertised to have a fence but there isn’t one, there is a hedge but not a gate to make an enclosed space for a dog. This isn’t a huge deal because the beach is so close and great for walks just a minor disappoint other than that the place is incredibly cozy and we would be happy to stay here again

This was such a wonderful stay! The location was ideal-across the street from the dog beach and enough away from the Provincetown hustle and bustle for quiet evenings. All was clean and comfy and Jason was great communicator! Highly recommend!
