This apartment is in the upper corner of the Apex Apartments. This building originally housed a hotel, built in 1918, and has been painstakingly remodeled to house modern apartments. 301 has all the essentials (and extras) you’d expect in an Airbnb. The building is secure, with 24 hour camera system and keyed entry. The most remarkable feature of 301 is the nearly panoramic view. Guests can enjoy bird’s eye views of uptown Butte, Montana Tech, surrounding mountains, and historical sites.

Off-street parking includes an outlet to plug in your car in sub-zero weather. Uptown Butte's historic attractions are in walking distance; however, Butte's elevation could limit those with respiratory or mobility issues.
