This apartment is in the upper corner of the Apex Apartments. This building originally housed a hotel, built in 1918, and has been painstakingly remodeled to house modern apartments. 301 has all the essentials (and extras) you’d expect in an Airbnb. The building is secure, with 24 hour camera system and keyed entry. The most remarkable feature of 301 is the nearly panoramic view. Guests can enjoy bird’s eye views of uptown Butte, Montana Tech, surrounding mountains, and historical sites.

The Quartz Cottage

The Quartz Cottage is the front unit of a duplex, offering clear views of the Montana Tech campus and Highlands mountains. The Cottage has endured since the early 1900s, so don't be dismayed by the rustic exterior - the inside is fully updated to ensure a comfortable stay! NOTE: The stairs to the loft bedroom are VERY STEEP and may present a significant challenge for some guests!

This small but mighty studio is cuter-than-cute and is in one of Butte’s top 5 historical mansions. It offers a comfy queen-sized bed, a well-stocked kitchenette, a large bathroom with original tub and tile work. There is also shared access to an on-site gym and recreational area. The Studio is perfect for the single traveler or for a couple. The Studio is a non-smoking unit. Dogs under 40 lbs are allowed but must be kept off of the furniture and be under control at all times.
