House is a short walk to Park with Kids Bike Area, Fields, Playground, BBQ, run/walk trails. Also Bidwell Park with hiking and running, creeks, golf, a 24 hr Safeway & Restaurants. Chico State & Downtown a short 10 min drive, Lake Almanor and Lassen National Park a 90 min drive. You’ll love my place because of the Location, very clean & well equipped, the views, quiet, yard w Patio, Lawn, Gas BBQ, Pool & Hot Tub (no extra fee). Great for singles, couples, or families with 2 or less kids.

The Dapper Fox

Welcome to the Dapper Fox! The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Brand new construction and tucked away off the main street. Located in the "Avenues", the Dapper Fox is conveniently located near Enloe Hospital, Chico State and Downtown. We are a dog-friendly property (pets are people too). An additional $75 cleaning fee per stay will be collected after booking. Please let us know a little about your fur babies. Potty trained and well behaved please. 2 dog limit, please. No fenced yard.

The Sycamore House

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Chico. It is located just three blocks from the entrance to Bidwell Park for morning walks, or about 1/2 mile to the quaint downtown Chico area! This home has been updated from top to bottom and has every amenity you could ask for! There is also a fully fenced front and back yard area for your furry friends! Relax under the lights by the fire pit in the backyard. This place feels like home!

We built this little burrow just for AirBnB. It’s peaceful, clean and simple here. You’ll love the central location, enjoy a 15 minute walk to some of Chico’s finest. Serenity Studio - peace, quiet and a hot tub

This charming studio is cozy, clean, and beautiful. We are located on the edge of college town, about a mile from downtown, and close to iconic Chico locations (Bidwell Park, Bidwell Mansion, various music and theater venues, local dining and coffee shops, and more). Excellent hiking, biking, bird watching; outstanding dining and shopping; world class university; music and theater; all nearby.
