Love the house close to the lake. It’s beautiful safe lots of parking and the view of the lake sunrise was breathtaking. Nicolette was an excellent host responding to our needs.

Karen was helpful and responsive! Disappointed with the wifi as all guests had issues connecting and maintaining service. The water pressure in kitchen and master bath seemed low, however it wouldn't be a reason to not book. Fire pit area definitely seemed different in pictures, however the property is in a beautiful location! Thank you to the host!

A lovely home in a beautiful out of the way spot. The little drive in and out were lovely. Scot was very welcoming and showed me around the property and how to access the pool and hot tub. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I'm a fan of rocks and crystals so there was a lot of interesting display pieces to look at. I'll probably be back again while working in the area this summer. Access to a pool is always a nice perk when it gets hot.

This is a must rent if you find yourself in the Oroville/Chico area! Julie is a wonderful host, very quick to respond! Always helpful and very nice. The cottage is adorable and cozy, with just about anything you could need and more. Pet friendly which was unexpected and much appreciated! I highly recommend this property!

Ten minutes outside of the Collins Lake camo ground-this beautiful quaint cottage is just what we needed to get away from the hustle & bustle. The blue birds were spotted every morning-this cottage was aptly named! Thank you to our wonderful hosts, Mark & Jo Anna for the warm greeting, the fresh bread & carrot muffins along with coffee & milk. We were spoiled! Well worth the trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pots and pans were a really nice brand.
