This lower unit is up on a hill that makes you feel like you are on the main level and actually has a better view than top unit!!! Wake up in the morning to a MAJESTIC view of Pioneer Peak! Views can be seen from every window! Our small kitchenette has everything you need to cook. Our BBQ grill is put out on the patio from mid-mid-September. Enjoy high speed wifi at the Bungalow!

Lazy Loon Cabin

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful lake front Cabin. Enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the view. This cabin is located in the perfect spot. A few minutes walk to the Butte trailhead. There is a reindeer farm down the street and a farm where you can pick some fresh produce as well. Plenty of hiking and fishing in the area. It has a large great room with a spacious kitchen and dining area on one side and a living area on the other. This cabin has beautiful views of Pioneer Peak and surrounding mountains. It's very close to many recreational opportunities including hiking, biking, fishing, 4 wheeling etc. It's 40 minutes from Anchorage. Washer and dryer in cabin. No pets please.

Lower patio has chairs for sitting out and enjoying the green therapy of summer. Located 4 miles from Palmer this home and the surrounding yards are spacious, peaceful, beautiful and sure to please.

Welcome to Pioneer Peak Country Cottage! You will find peace and relaxation as you spread out on this three level, four bedroom, two bathroom abode. Whether you are hear for a pit stop or to find connection with friends or family, we trust that you will find solice and comfort during your stay. The chalet is located about 15 minutes from Palmer Proper in the rural Butte, only minutes from the Reindeer Farm and Pyrahs "You Pick" Farm. We look forward to having you join us!

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

This apartment has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a living area with a treadmill! The apartment sits on a beautiful 5 acre plot of land between a river and a mountain! Our yard showcases a beach access AND a private trail to a small waterfall! Our property frequently sees moose and other wildlife so be on the lookout! We have an outdoor fire pit with complementary wood for guests. *Open to host weddings and parties on the property for an additional fee!*
