“Retreat On The Farm” Relax in the Country, Upcoming wedding or family reunion! Beautiful views regardless of the season. Winter is the perfect season to enjoy the serene environment of the retreat. The views across the snowy farm fields while enjoying relaxing by the warmth of the electric fireplace is calming and cozy. Deer are plentiful and occasional siting of black bears is quite possible. Our newly remodeled home is located at the top corner of our ‘working’ farm. Enjoy morning coffee!

Country Retreat: Indoor Pool/Pickle Ball/Sleeps 12

Our home is over 3500 square feet located on a 21 acre parcel. If you are looking for a quiet, private location, this is it! The home is nestled in the back of a pasture flanked by wooded areas on both sides and a barn located near the front entrance. The property includes plenty of outdoor parking. Hard to justify with any one photo however it is very spacious and includes an attached indoor heated pool and a new Pickle Ball/Sport court. A charming, picturesque place for all to enjoy.

Cozy Corner

Two bedroom apartment with with private entrance, 2 parking spaces. Kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator/ freezer, toaster oven/air fryer (fits a 12 inch pizza). First bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom twin bunk bed, sleeper sofa in common area. Close to multiple golf courses, wedding venues, wineries and breweries. Cranberry within 25 minutes. Moraine state park & McConnells Mills state park 30 minute drive. Downtown Pittsburgh or Grove City Outlets within 40 minutes.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The living room offers an electric fireplace and cozy furnishings. There is dedicated workspace complete with desk and plush chair for those who may need to work from home. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, refrigerator and a coffee/tea bar. The peaceful bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed as well as an armoire for your wardrobe. The bath has a walk in shower and a laundry facility. An extra bed can be added for children.

The country house

If you're looking for a peaceful place in the country this is it.a seperate carriage house at the far end of 15 acres with walking trails through the woods or sit on the deck & read a book. Visit the barn to see the horses or watch our 3 black labs play in the field. A few minutes drive is moraine state park rent a bike or kayak on the lake. McConnells mills is close by to hike or have a picnic. 20 minutes to the outlets for shopping.

One mile from Grove City College and 6 miles from Grove City outlets. This spacious home is on the outskirts of town with a quiet backyard and fire pit with firewood provided!! Includes a fully stocked eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee bar. Comfortable living room area for relaxing and debriefing after college visits! WiFi is available and a there is a smart TV in the living room. Equipped with a washer and dryer as well!
