Across the street from campus, walking distance to Goggin and Armstrong. Ample parking directly behind the building for up to three vehicle. 3 bedrooms and a nice living room. Each unit has its own full size washer and dryer. There is a balcony overlooking Spring Street to watch everyone go by. The owners live downstairs. Once you get into the building (one flight up), you have your own entrance.
