Located in the beautiful coastal village of Lake Conjola you will find The Boardwalk, comfortably furnished and styled in modern beachy themes. Large rear deck with outdoor kitchen, LCD TV, unique glass topped canoe table with seating and a great day bed. Follow our boardwalk to The Pavilion which has another large table & chairs situated just above the water line in our backyard, it's a very relaxing spot for the morning cuppa or the afternoon glass or 2 while you watch the kids throw in a line

Original beach holiday cottage overlooking beautiful Burrill Lake Brand new kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms and a lovely sunroom with front and back verandahs. Very large and private backyard A few steps to bakery and best fish and chip shop on the south coast means no cooking required although full kitchen and BBQ at your home if required The lake is great for swimming, SUP boarding, boating and fishing (boat ramp nearby) and a 5 min walk to pristine Burrill Beach. It's a 10-minute walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, and Mollymook Shopping Centre - with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

One of the few homes to be perched a top a hill on Mitchell Parade, allowing for spectacular 180 degree panoramic views. The beach is directly accessed via your own private staircase, and the rear driveway allows easy access for luggage and shopping when you arrive.

Your retreat is a private ABSOLUTE beachfront home on three levels, with ocean panoramas everywhere you look. There is not a road, power line, fence or cliff to separate you from the ever-changing ocean, and your secluded cove-beach just 30 steps below. ONE host with just ONE home. Total focus on your visit. I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.
