The space it is modern, airy , relaxing and stylish. Main bedroom- King bed. Living with large queen sofa bed. Warm and cosy, just come and relax

Kialla Down, rural vista, peace and quiet

Lovely views across to Mt Gibraltar, attracting 5* feedback from 95% of guests. Sunny aspect. Quiet, semi-rural neighbourhood. Small patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Free car parking adjacent to private ramped entrance. Key-safe access. By negotiation a small, mature, well-behaved dog accepted in living area, (not in bedrooms, please) and under control in garden area. My place is unsuitable for long term rental so I am not depriving anyone of an affordable housing opportunity.

The Grange is a modern, well equipped townhouse close to restaurants and is conveniently located in Bowral in the beautiful Southern Highlands. The Grange is ideal for couples, families or small groups with a gas log fire in winter, and a sun filled enclosed garden with a pear tree for a coffee or cocktail. Our fully renovated Hundred Year old Cottage is a flat 3 minute walk to the heart of Old Bowral with 2 bedrooms featuring a King Bed that can be split into 2 Singles & a Queen Bed. Perfect for golfing weekends, wedding guests, girls' weekends, romantic weekends, families and business travellers etc. We are also Pet Friendly. For larger groups, we have 3 properties which are only a couple of minutes walk from the heart of Old Bowral that can accommodate up to 14 people as detailed below.

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival. Chagall's Shed

A rustic hideaway at the bottom of our half-acre garden under gum trees filled with native birds. There's a small private garden at the rear, a sprawling vege patch and the fire pit in front. The 5x8 metre building has a small ensuite and bar fridge. There's no TV but the WIFI is fast and a projector with HDMI connection is discretely placed to project streamed cinema onto the wall. We are just 2km from the town's best cafes and Mittagong Station.

'Rosevilla' at Berrima.

Built in 1883, this gorgeous historic cottage is right in the heart of Berrima village, within easy walking distance of exceptional restaurants and cafes, quaint local shops, historic buildings, the beautiful river and Australia's oldest continually licensed inn. Bendooley Estate is only a 5-minute drive away, making the cottage an ideal choice for wedding guests. Numerous wineries and Berkelouw Book Barn are all close by.

Arborea Country House 16-17 large groups

Arborea Country house is a affordable house with a touch of modern chick decor. Located only 2 minutes drive from Bowral. Catering for large groups, weddings and conference’s Venues close by: Close to: Milton Park, Centennial Wines, Bowral Golf Club, Bradman Museum, Bendooley Bong Bong race course, and Local Wineries. Just across the road from apartment is large playing fields and views of Mt Gibraltar.
