This homely retreat with private spa pool has been designed for relaxing. Sit outside or in the spa, and enjoy the private farm views. Enjoy a glass of wine listening to the bird song and sunset. The space includes a kitchen, two TVs, warm and inviting living area. Separate bedroom with a comfy queen bed. A sofa bed is available for a third guest or sleeping separate. This is a family lifestyle property. We have horses, alpacas, kunekune pigs, chickens and dogs. Bring your horse. There is grazing with easy access and parking for trucks and floats. Fully fenced property means this house is perfect for families with younger children. Our house is situated in the ever growing town of Rolleston, a quick 20 mins drive to the City centre.

As this is a working equestrian facility you may hear life starting around 7:30am.
