Very stylish warm and sunny cottage detached from main house. Safe off road parking available in front of the cottage in a quiet cul-de-sac A short 3 minute drive to the Jolly Roger bar and restaurant located in the tranquil Waikawa Marina, second largest Marina in NZ. Stunning bush walks located close to the cottage, including a 25 min walk to Picton, Wakawa Marina and the scenic Mt Victoria. Just a 5min drive to either Ferry terminal, restaurants, bars and shopping in Picton High Street.

Cosy bach on beach, Raumati South, Kapiti Coast

Beachfront - only a single lane servicing one other property separates bach from the beach. Breath-taking views of the breaking waves, and from the Kaikouras to Kapiti Island. Wellington is 48kms away (an approximately 50 minute drive). Two fantastic cafes/licensed restaurants, plus a takeaway shop and dairy/convenience store 300m away. A great bach for a romantic escape, a family holiday, or to spend time with friends. Go to sleep snuggled in luxury linen to the murmur of the waves.

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious describes this fully renovated villa. Fully equipped kitchen with all your requirements catered for. All bedrooms have blackout blinds and soft voiles for privacy. Two of the bedrooms have got double glazed windows. Modern bathroom with shower and vanity and separate toilet. Great value property, early check in and late check out. Winter or summer this modern house is the perfect getaway retreat. Nestled amongst bush with breath taking views from every room. This property is a 10 minute stroll to town and a stone's throw from the new walk / cycle track to Linkwater. You will feel in holiday mode the moment you arrive. Access road not suitable for campervans.

Absolute beachfront. Walk from your guest suite onto the beach. Fully self contained with kitchenette, and seperate bathroom. Gas radiator heating for the cold nights. Outdoor heated shower, kayaks available. Gorgeous sunsets, and fantastic strolls on the beach. We have just added in a spa pool and projector for movies.
