Welcome to our newly constructed one-bedroom apartment in Burlington, located off of Shelburne Road in the hill section. We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Brand-new house steps away from downtown and lake!

Enjoy everything Burlington has to offer in this brand-new, cozy, stylish cottage. This adorable house was completed in January of 2023 and has a master bedroom plus a sleeping loft, as well as a full-sized bathroom, washer and dryer, and parking. The dining/living area has a partial view of Lake Champlain! You're tucked away on a quiet residential street near a park & playground but are just a 10-minute walk to downtown and a 5-minute walk to the lakefront and a gorgeous shoreline bike path.

Selkie’s Shed

This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Our mission is to create an atmosphere of tranquility, calmness and peace. We offer mother nature outside your door with easy access to all the activities you desire.

This is a sweet, compact studio with everything you need to enjoy your time in Burlington. Right off I-89/Rt. 7 Tucked away on a quiet, residential 2 block street, central & close to all amenities. Minutes away you'll find Lake Champlain access and easy hiking trails at Oakledge Park, coffee shops, restaurants, downtown Burlington and the highway. 5 minutes to the Burlington bike path, 30 minutes to Bolton for ski/snowboard fun, 45 min to Stowe, 15 minutes to Catamount for mountain biking.

La Petite Suite

La Petite Suite is a cozy boutique hotel room alternative in a quiet residential Burlington neighborhood only 2 miles from downtown. The beautifully decorated suite was built in 2024 and is attached to a single-family home. The New North End neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to local colleges and all that the area has to offer. Our street dead-ends at the bike path and Lake Champlain. You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.

The Spring Hill House

Escape to a haven of natural beauty and tranquility at The Spring Hill House. Our unique bow roof home offers breathtaking views of Camel’s Hump and the majestic Green Mountains, the perfect setting for a rejuvenating getaway. Despite being removed from the hustle and bustle of city life, The Spring Hill House is still centrally located, providing easy access to some of Vermont's most popular destinations. Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

*Burlington’s 1st Spa + Stay. Recently renovated and upgraded! We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

Completed in 2013, the Guesthouse perfectly complements the 1871 Victorian home to which it is attached. Located on Main Street in historic Vergennes, Vermont, our home is one of several fine examples of the architecture of the 19th Century that grace our City. Our thriving downtown is a short walk away, boasting exceptional dining and shopping opportunities. Vergennes is a 20-minute drive away from Middlebury College, and 45 minutes from Burlington.

Welcome to Overlake on Malletts Bay! The Cottage is an adorable, rustic, clean and quaint, one bedroom, one bath lodging with beach access. It sits back from the road with a private parking area and large outdoor space for your enjoyment. Featuring incredible views of Lake Champlain from dawn to dusk, the Cottage makes a great base to explore Burlington and it's surrounding areas. It is a non-smoking / no pets property.
