Everything is brand new, including kitchen, floors, bathroom, tiled shower, appliances. This is a small lower level condo. One bedroom with a king bed. Living space has a pull-down queen Murphy bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, range, fridge, washer/dryer, grill, A/C. Suggested 2-3 guests. No pets please.

In the summer time you can enjoy the Kingdom Trails, local hiking trails, or the beautiful Lake Wiloughby. Our place is a Cozy, Clean, and new condo with lots of privacy and ski in/ ski out convenience. This property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Not a skier? Sit by the fire and enjoy our WiFi and Netflix or a good book.

Mountain Condo.

Our condo sports everything you will need for your stay. We have one bedroom with a queen bed, and two twin pull out couch beds in the living area. Full kitchen, laundry, dining area, porch with dining table and chairs, and an electric BBQ grill. Condo has direct Kingdom trail access on site, bike storage is ok inside or on porch. There is some summer siding work going on, the crew is very good but be aware work commencing. Enjoy your stay!!

Burke Mountain Studio Condo

Comfy and cozy private studio condo with breathtaking views of the Green Mountains! This condo is a stones throw away from skiing at Burke Mountain. We are just a short drive or walk away from the mid-Burke chair lift. This condo has a queen size bed. There’s a stove and microwave for all your cooking needs. All guests have access to the hotel hot tub and fitness center for $5. TV is for streaming only, no cable. WiFi is available.
