A brand new Dollar General store within eyesight. Just 20 minutes to Monaca PA Cracker plant and just 15 minutes to Ergon or Shippingport PA Mountaineer is just 10-15 mins away. We loved restoring this space as a family, and we hope that you'll feel equally at home playing games or sharing meals here with your family and friends. Centrally located less than 1 mile from FUS, Kroger, and local restaurants, and only 13 miles (17 min) from Star Lake Pavilion. The vaulted ceilings and original chimney make the home spacious and cozy. We love living in Steubenville and we hope that staying here enhances your visit to our hometown, too!

"Ginseng House" - Our premiere off-grid tiny house! A hand-crafted work of art using our own sawmill lumber. The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft. You will find it fully furnished and ready for a "home away from home"
