The Treehouse: Off-grid Retreat

Shaded in a canopy of macrocarpa trees at the base of Mt Taranaki national park, The Treehouse is a grown-up childhood sanctuary. Built from recycled materials, a repurposed spiral staircase takes you up the multiple levels of The Treehouse to a secluded living space nestled between the trees. Kick back in the canopy, swoop on the swings or shoot down the slide. This self-contained treehouse is powered by renewable energy and is only a short drive to New Plymouth, local beaches and the mountain.

River Belle is set on a working farm only 10 minutes away from the city of New Plymouth. A secluded Glamping site set on 160 acres next to Mangaoraka river. A geodesic dome luxuriously fitted out, is accompanied by a amenities hut, providing a charming kitchen and separate bathroom. The hut has an outdoor bath with view of Mt Taranaki. Young Street Private Gem - So Close to Town

This self-contained unit is located less than a 10 min walk from New Plymouth town and costal walkway. It boasts a warm cosy space with all the amenities you need. It has a separate entrance from the main home allowing for more privacy with its own bathroom and kitchenette (with microwave, two elements, fridge, kettle and toaster). There is plenty of free street parking as well as a single car parking space next to the airbnb (for small cars only).

Devonport Cottage - an historic experience

Devonport Cottage is an early historic, Heritage New Zealand Category 2 listed labourers cottage built circa 1840s. It has been furnished with antiques and complementary furniture. There is a full kitchen including stove, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher and espresso machine. With views of Mt Taranaki, we are in the countryside but just 6 minutes to New Plymouth's restaurants, shops and cafe’s. We are now welcoming long stays.
